Godrej Properties is selling homes worth Rs 2,000 crore through the new Godrej Tropical Isle project in Noida.

Godrej Properties Ltd on Monday said it has sold around 670 homes worth over Rs.2,000 crore in its Godrej Tropical Isle project located in Sector 146, Noida. “This is Godrej Properties’ most successful launch ever in terms of sales value and volume. The project was launched in August 2023 within nine months of acquisition of land by the Noida authority through an e-auction conducted in November 2022,” said by the company in an official announcement.

Sector 146 is a prominent upcoming residential corridor of Noida that offers access to quality social infrastructure and close proximity to commercial infrastructure like Noida SEZ, entertainment hubs, Film City etc. The area is well connected to the Indira Gandhi International Airport and the upcoming Jewar Airport and Metro. Station and three major highways – Noida-Greer to Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway and the upcoming FNG Expressway.
