The cotton sector is divided into more acres

The cotton sector has divided a chance for that
Fiber crop next year (July 2021 June 2022) the lower
part may increase the crop, more likely in acres.

Although the fact that farmers are more than the minimum
Support price (MSP) for most of the current season and
States like Telangana are announcing their need to take
more acres under the fiber crop.

The area under the cotton will increase after
the raw cotton rate is ₹6,500-6600 per cental. That’s almost 15% more
than the MSP, said Atulkanathra, president of the Cotton Association of India.
This season, the center has set the MSP for medium staple cotton at ₹5,515 per central.
