YES Bank: Managing director and chief executive Rana Kapoor said he is in talks with co-promoter Madhu Kapur to reach a truce. The confirmation on the speculation comes three months ahead of the January 31 deadline by which Kapoor is supposed to leave office.
HDFC Bank: The lender on Tuesday said it will raise its stake in Clearing Corporation of India Ltd (CCIL) to 9 per cent by acquiring 20 lakh shares of the company. The deal is for a cash consideration of Rs 124 crore.

Indiabulls Housing Finance: Non-banking finance company Indiabulls Housing Finance has raised Rs 23,615 crore in the past two months through a combination of debt capital market and loan portfolio sales, the move aimed at maintaining high levels of cash.
Suzlon Energy: Renewable Energy solution provider Suzlon Energy said it has completed sale of its arm Amun and Avighna to Canadian Solar for a total consideration of Rs 54.53 crore.
Reliance Industries: The company violated contractual terms and state policy on coal-bed methane (CBM) by selling its entire output to itself, an official probe has found. This can lead to the termination of the gas-sales deal worth a few hundred million dollars.
Shriram Transport Finance: The NBFC has raised Rs 250 crore by issuing bonds on a private placement basis, the company said Tuesday.The allotment committee of the company in its meeting held Tuesday approved and allotted 2,500 secured redeemable rated listed non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 250 crore on private placement basis.

NMDC: The company has suspended iron ore-mining from its Donimalai mine in Karnataka following the decision of the State government to impose 80 per cent premium on the iron ore sales from the mine, according to a regulatory filing by the public sector undertaking.
